My journey into the world of yoga began around 2014 when I started practicing in my foyer, guided by online resources and the wisdom of renowned teachers.Graduating under My Vinyasa Practice in 2020, a prestigious studio in Austin, Texas, I cultivated expertise in Iyengar Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa, and Restorative practices. This solid foundation fueled my passion for yoga, leading me to pursue advanced training in Tantra Yoga, further enriching my offerings to students seeking a deeper connection to mind, body, and spirit.As a mother of two, I understand the importance of balancing life's demands and nurturing one's well-being. My journey from practicing at home to owning a yoga studio has been a dream come true, allowing me to connect with a diverse community and share the transformative benefits of yoga and Reiki healing.I teach both virtually and in-studio because I believe everyone deserves access to yoga, no matter where they are.
